The Collaboration Center is an online conference room that makes design collaboration easier and more efficient. It leverages the power of the Internet to improve communication throughout the extended design team, including designers, manufacturing personnel, outside vendors, purchasing agents, marketing departments, and customers.
LSA Gateway gives you the ability to optimize the use of collaboration tools already available in your CAD software, in the environment with which you are already familiar. Users of software from Autodesk, SolidWorks and PTC, for example, can collaborate with customers, suppliers, and vendors with built-in collaborative product commerce (CPC) capability.
If you are an Autodesk user, use Autodesk Point A to launch your online design community website and collaborative design project sessions. If you are using AutoCAD 2000i, select Project Center from the Autodesk Point A menu in the AutoCAD Today window of the application.
